Hey readers, sorry I haven’t been contributing much in terms of things you should go out and do if u wanna hear some great tunes in Miami. I’ve been really busy with my video work and some philanthropic endeavors. But this weekend should make it up to you! Here’s a little schedule of the events you shouldn’t miss if your tastes are anything like mine.
FRIDAY – April 23rd – Churchill’s has this AWESOME band Radioboxer headlining.
I really discovered Radioboxer accidentally in Titanic but was instantly impressed by their following (kendall based) and the raw energy they perform with. The whole band was dripping sweat when they said goodnight. Prepare to rage if you check this out.
SATURDAY – April 24th – Out on Virginia Key, the frogs are moaning, the swamps’ icky muck is waiting a pound. The pound of a hundred thousand feet stomping on the ground. This is Swampstomp.
UM’s original festival, taking a page from Langerado’s playbook, this show is cheap, liberating, scenic, and full of aural pleasure. It begins before the sun goes down.
SUNDAY – April 25th – Animal Collective‘s movie being screened at Grand Central
